Established in the year 1972, Mona Advertising began its operations when advertising was a rarity in Pune. In the last 50 years, Mona transformed from an advertising agency to an integrated marketing communications firm, primarily focusing on a strategy driven approach to partner with clients in achieving their goals.
Mona has been fortunate to work with a diverse set of international, national and regional clients across a wide spectrum of sectors. Mr.Dinkar Shiledar
Mr.Dinkar Shiledar is an eminent & dynamic personality in the advertising sector. He is the founder of “Mona Strategy & Design” & himself i sa knowledgeable copywriter. He then started publishing a renowned Marathi Diwali issue ‘Aple Chhand’ which has received more than 45 prestigious awards in the last 16 years.

Mr.Rahul Shiledar
Dr. Rahul Shiledar is a strategist, speaker and writer. He is equipped with a Masters of Administration from Central Michigan University, USA, Doctorate in Marketing from Pune University and an Executive Program in Rural Marketing from India’s premier institute, IIM, Ahmedabad. Dr. Shiledar has 15+ years of experience in branding & business strategy consultancy, advertising and leadership and business coaching.
